These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voyalo app and website voyalo.ai (together, the "Service"), operated by Linkora SARL ("Voyalo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Voyalo is an independent visa and travel information and preparation tool. It helps you understand visa options, organise documents, and generate compliant photos, and it links you to official government portals to apply. Visa eligibility rules, fees, and processing times change frequently and vary by case. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying all requirements on the official government website before you rely on them or travel. Voyalo is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, denied entry, missed travel, or any other outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and documents you submit through the Service, and for your own visa applications. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Some features are paid. Prices and what they include are shown before purchase. Government visa fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant authority — they are not included in Voyalo's fees. Fees paid to Voyalo are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the paid service has not yet been delivered or used; once a paid service (such as a report, assessment, or generated document) has been delivered, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests should be sent to our contact email. Where payments are processed in-app, the applicable app store's payment and refund rules apply.
The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Voyalo or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it.
You may not: use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; upload malware; scrape or overload the Service; impersonate others; or use it to facilitate document fraud or illegal migration. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Service links to official government and third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Always confirm you are on the official government website before submitting anything or paying any fee.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyalo and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost travel, costs, fees, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Voyalo for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Voyalo harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Algiers, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
